Shipping, Returns etc

Shipping & Delivery

All Pixel Lx products are shipped using Royal Mail’s delivery services. Depending on the value of the order, it will either be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Both of these services are a next working day delivery, with the latter guaranteed by 1pm. Please note that there are certain delivery restrictions in particular areas which can lead to longer delivery times. Please refer to the Royal Mail website (Postcodes and exceptions section) for more information.

 

For your order to be delivered the next working day, you must place your order on the website before 12pm. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be shipped the following day. Some larger or special custom orders may require additional handling time. If this is the case with your order then you will be notified via email immediately. Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.

Delivery costs are calculated by the total weight of your order so please refer to the costs shown at checkout. Delivery is free on all orders over £250.

Delivery will be to the UK. If no one is available at a residential or other address at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise whether your order has been left in a safe place e.g. with a neighbour or returned to the depot/ sorting office.

Please note that the risk of loss and/or damage to your order shall be passed to you when it is delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations & Returns

Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If there's an issue with your order, do contact us straight away so we can try to fix it. 

 

Having said that, as long as the products are returned in their original packaging and haven't been installed or altered in any way, you have up to 14 calendar days after receiving the items to cancel your complete transaction. 

 

For authorisation and the return address, please email sales@pixellx.co.uk. You have an additional 14 days to send the goods back to us.

Please be advised that you are responsible for paying for the return postage. Since we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to the items during transit, we advise using a postal provider that can provide you with a proof of postage and/or compensation protection. We reserve the right to charge you (or not refund any monies related to) such loss or damage if returned products are lost or damaged in transit. 

 

A complete refund (minus our initial postage and packaging fees) will be given after the goods have been received and examined.

Damages & Product Warranty

All products sold, carry a manufacturer warranty. Depending on the product, the exact length of the warranty can vary so please refer to the product page for more information. 

 

Please note that all Pixel Lx LED strips are required to be housed in an aluminium profile and installed indoors (unless advertised as waterproof) by a qualified and insured electrician or the warranty may be invalid. 

 

Warranties begin from the date of receipt and cover defective parts, materials and/or manufacturing faults. It is essential that all goods are handled with care as any products that are found to have become compromised as a result of misuse will invalidate the warranty.

You should check every item you receive against your order.  Within 48 hours of delivery, you must send an email with details of any damage or error to sales@pixellx.co.uk if the products you get are damaged or erroneously provided. Please note that it may be necessary to provide photographic evidence. Damages or shortfalls reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.

If the goods are claimed to be faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period you must obtain return authorisation from sales@pixellx.co.uk. Once a return authorisation has been given, you must send the products back to us without any delay. Please get a proof of shipping and/or a certificate of postage when returning any items.

​

Once we have examined and tested the goods and determined they have a manufacturing flaw, we will give a complete refund or exchange plus reasonable postage expenses. It must be established that the products were not installed or misused.
